• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. Our lawful bases for the collection and use of your data

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are:

• Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Where we get personal information from

• Directly from you
• Third parties:
  • We integrate with the Garmin Developer API to retrieve fitness information from your devices

How long we keep information

• Account data (name, email, contact details): For the duration of your active account, plus 30 days after account deletion to allow for account recovery
• Garmin fitness data (workouts, sleep, heart rate, recovery metrics): For the duration of your active account. Permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure.
• Purchase and transaction records: For the duration of your active account, plus 7 years after account closure to comply with tax and accounting legal requirements
• Marketing consent records: For the duration of your active account, plus 3 years after consent is withdrawn or account is deleted.
• Backup copies: Data in system backups is deleted within 90 days of account deletion.

You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us at help@getsagent.com. Upon deletion, we will remove or anonymize your data according to the schedules above, except where we are legally required to retain it.

Who we share information with

Data processors

AI Service Providers

This data processor does the following activities for us: We process your fitness information and pass it to AI service providers including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic. These provide key functionality like the ability to chat with your data and create personalised coaching plans.
